Comment:

 I have not been able to find any way of doing this. Basically, in order to
 get an app that runs without creating a stub console, we have to compile
 in -mwindows mode, but when we do that, we also lose the ability to print
 things out on the console... for reference, the command line options are:

 -U username
 -W password
 -p port
 }}}
