 Yeah, I know what you mean.  About two weeks ago something changed and I
 started getting a bunch of mathml warnings as well.  I'm not sure, but my
 guess is that DOCTYPE we were calling, (1.1CR1 dbmathml.dtd) changed
 somehow.  Internally it's now wrapping MATHML 2.0 which I thought it
 wasn't before.

 I see that they just released MathML3 on Oct 21
 (http://www.w3.org/TR/MathML/).  Maybe the site is still in flux.

 In any case, I'm hoping the changes I just made will solve the mathml
 problems we were having.
