 I see 2 lurking issues
 1) Can we have the below return 2.0.0SVN to match with the dll/so name.
 Its  bit confusing since we have an older wktraster and we now have a
 versioned dll.

 2) The rtpostgis.sql is being installed in a rtpostgis-20 folder.  It
 should be installed in postgis-20 I think since we consider it part of the
 same component.
