Okay - I've now fixed this in 1.5 branch and trunk.

I'm reasonably happy that we are close to release now. Just a couple of
things:

- The 1.5 codebase should have another astyle run before 1.5.2
- We should probably add the extra #572 reference in the changelog etc.
- The updated NEWS file doesn't mention fixing builds against PostgreSQL 9.0

Once this is all up to date, let's post a link to a -rc1 tarball for people
to build-test against.
