 Pierre,

 I suspect its an issue with a lot of software.  Basically any that was
 relying on the display output of ST_AsBinary.  Safe FME already pointed it
 out on their end as I recall but I think they have it on their todo to
 fix.

 It wouldn't hurt to put it in as a ticket item in OpenJump.
