Another inconsistent issue related to ST_Envelope is that
I can't seem to get a 3d box out of ST_Envelope.
This is funny, considered the internal code _is_ computing
the 3d box anyway.

Frustrating is that even ::box3d::geometry fails to get you
a 3d envelope out of a 3d input :/
