     Type:  defect          |      Status:  new
 Priority: high | Milestone: PostGIS 2.0.0
Component: tiger geocoder | Version: trunk
 Keywords:                  |

Comment(by darkblueb):

 "ZIP Code Tabulation Areas (ZCTA) are quasi-statistical areas which
 attempt to approximate, but are by no means the same as, the USPS ZIP
 codes."

 this pdf was written before I read that!... At any rate... a couple of
 well-chosen example addresses for the regression SQL, definitely, but
 also, what I was trying to do was to use data mining techniques to look at
 patterns of behavior over large, controlled sets of inputs.. Those samples
 on the download site are what I was using as inputs..
