[postgis-devel] Mingw under wine

Given the issues we're having with detecting "issues" on different
platforms, I was wondering if the topic of running mingw under wine had ever
come up. Alternatively: cross-compiling. Poking around on the net, there
appears to be pretty good support for mingw cross compiling on multiple
platforms. Any wisdom from the sages?
