Strk -- I noticed this happened if you are logged in and keeping
installing since the database can't see the the database search path has
topology already until you disconnect and connect again.
I couldn't find a solution to that issue, but didn't think it was that big
of an issue since when you install, you usually disconnect your session
after. Are you saying that is not the case or perhaps you have a custom
user search path that doesn't have topology?
