[postgis-devel] #1409: Can't compile topology or raster anymore under mingw

There's spurious white space in $POSTGIS_HOME/raster/rt_pg/Makefile.in on lines 93 and 99, which breaks compilation on Mac OS/X Lion. Can't speak to debian or mingw, but I'd expect it to break anyplace using the GNU toolchain…
