Comment:

 I think I got the last of these at r6566 and r6567.  My make checks passed
 at any rate.

 Paul - you'll probably want to double-check to make sure I didn't screw
 up.  I also put in the sqldefines.h in legacy since I figured it needed it
 for your gserialized switch.
