 If the option '--enable-debug' is activated in configure time, the
 regression test rt_band_properties.sql will fail, because an unexpected
 debug message is shown:

 "WARNING:  Getting NODATA value for a band without NODATA values. Using
 13"

 How to fix it: checking for debugging variables during regression tests,
 and adapting the expected output in that case. This ticket is opened only
 as a reminder, to implement this solution ASAP.
