 The caricamento.test table must disagree with you. Check it doesn't have a
 row with element_type = 2 and element_id = 1.

 The function assumes the visitedTable contains correct informations, and
 only queries and appends records to it. It's up to you to clean the table
 up
 when you're finished writing a set of TopoGeometries.
