 After r7590 the only leaks detected by valgrind runs of
 liblwgeom/cunit/cu_tester come from cu_homogenize:
 {{{
 definitely lost: 15,667 bytes in 346 blocks
 }}}

 I think we want these fixed before releasing 2.0
