 This seems to be a line number issue.  My diff for regress/createtopogeom
 shows

 +PL/pgSQL function "createtopogeom" line 92 at EXECUTE statement
 }}}
 I vaguely remember complaining about this, but can't find the ticket so I
 apologize if this is a dupe.

 I thought we had a way for dealing with these though can't recall what
 that might be.
