 Added another version of the patch
 (attachment:lwgeom_transform_export.patch) generated via `svn export` and
 `diff`. First patch was made via `svn diff`, which exhibits strange
 behavior when describing a source tree with moved files. You may use
 either, but moving the file with the "patch" will cause the revision
 history to disappear.
