 Hi all,

 Whilst trying to debug a raster query from psql, I was quite happy to see
 the following message on the console: "Attempting to get pixel value with
 out of range raster coordinates". Unfortunately this did not give enough
 information to be able to locate the coordinates in question.

 Would anyone object to applying the following patch?
