 I just ran the attached crash_raster test on 8.4.8 with postgis r7530 and
 did not experience a crash.  I did notice that the calls to ST_Quantile
 contain invalid values for the quantile parameter (value needs to be a
 percentage so between 0 and 1).

 I'll test also on 9.0 as well as through valgrind to hunt down memory
 leaks.
