[postgis-devel] Copying topologies

Shortly after starting effective use of the postgis topology, a need
arised for copying topological datasets, to play w/out loosing hours
of computations to build them...

After performing my first such copy "manually" (involving schema rename,
dumping, re-rename, restoring, tweaking all links -- and based on a specific
use of the model), I've started writing down some ideas about possible
generic approaches at performing such copies.

This is a work in progress, aimed at defining a set of functions to help
with such processes.
