Regina, I think you were asking Paul about was I updating the documentation
for the loader?

I updated the following things:
- Command line usage (-?)
- doc/using_postgis_dataman.xml
- doc/man/shp2pgsql.1

If there are other docs I need to update, let me know.  If you'd like to
update them yourself I am perfectly happy with that as well ;-).
The docs I edited were for:

-e (no transaction)
-r (reproject)
-T and -X (tablespaces)
-w (WKT version, which is now modern WKT including the M value, not old
hwgeom)
