 Does the actual output look correct?  If the error message says the diff
 that failed was "blah\blah\test_19_diff" then "blah\blah\test_19_out" will
 have the output.

 I notice one of the diff commands in run_test uses "-u" and one does not,
 -u is something to do with ignoring CRs, so maybe we need -u in all
 places?
