 Ability to import / export Postgis 3D geometries to Collada xml format.

 This is useful for interfacing with Google Sketchup, Maya, 3Ds Max etc.

 Looks like CamptoCamp folks did some of this in a past version.

 Can't find the code though.  Might be useful to resuscitate some of that
 and bring it up to version 2+ spec. Olivier -- you know what happened to
 the code of this work and also X3D?
