Ok, #650 temporarily frozen. For PostGIS 2.0 we could have 2.0.02,
2.0.04 and 2.0.06. And PostGIS 2.0.01, 2.0.03, 2.0.05 for PostGIS 2.1
(or ASAP). Sounds good?
