 Forgot to mention, also change the Availability note from 1.2.2

 and in the docs put in note:

 <para>Changed: 2.0.0 In prior versions this used to be called blah blah
 blah</para>

 Where blah blah blah is the old name  - that way it will get picked up in
 What's new Changes section automatically
