 Okay I have put the OSGEO project logo on the front of our documentation
 (so it shows on documentation page as well as PDF file).  I thru our
 PostGIS logo in there too for balance.

 I'm reassigning the rest to you to put prominently on postgis.org
 somewhere on front page I guess.  I don't know if this was the best one to
 put on but was the first I saw with project in it.
