 In that case, the InvalidOid fix looks good to me. You'll need to put it
 inside a PGSQL_MAJOR_VERSION/PGSQL_MINOR_VERSION #ifdef to make sure it
 doesn't break older versions.

 If you'd like to propose a patch, I'd be happy to take a look.
