 Updated to r7202.  ST_AsGDALRaster fails for me.  I get the exact same
 "new" hashes as in your test 10 diff in 32-bit linux with GDAL 1.8.0.  I'm
 going to have to dump out the rasters themselves and double-check them
 with GDAL to make sure that the outputs are correct.
