 I made some more corrections at r7988.  There is still something wrong
 though because when I tried to install the generated raster_comments it
 complained that

 function st_mapalgebrafct(raster, text, regprocedure, text[])  Does not
 exist.

 Can you verify that one whether your documentation is wrong or the
 definition just got missed.
