 strk, I got impatient waiting for you to save me so I made the same change
 on raster/rt_pg/Makefile.in myself.  Looks good.  PostgreSQL 8.4 is now
 compiling again on windows and all make check passes with flying colors.

 My 9.1 still compiles.  Still have to retest my 9.0.

 Is it okay to commit the changes once I've confirmed all 3 are back to
 working condition or will that cause a problem for people?
