I found some examples to illustrate how "Northside" addresses are shifted
southward whereas southside addresses are shifted northward. You can see
these examples in the 3rd attached image on Vincent Ave N/S. When this
street switches from a north prefix to a south prefix, the shifting moves
in the opposite direction.
