[postgis-devel] PostGIS Code Sprint

So everyone knows, the annual code sprint, where as many PostGIS devs
as possible congregate is this year in the Seattle area:

As usual, winter dates. One change: this time, rooms are booked in
advance, and all room/food/etc in included in the one price, so it's
important to sign up and pay sooner than later so we can cover the
overall bill for the facility/foot/etc.
