[postgis-devel] trunk == 2.0.1

[Paul Ramsey]

The key here is that folks can just go "upgrade postgis" (whatever the
command it) and end up w/ a non-working system. We want them to go
"get postgis2" and then go through the migration steps. Is that
doable?
