 Marc,

 I'm running gtk 2.22.1

 I'm having trouble getting to the append/create/delete/prepare options
 now.  I might need to reboot my computer since my mouse is acting weird
 and the window isn't stretching for me anymore.

 Do you see the append/create/delete/prepare drop down on yours okay?
