 When working with HDF files through GDAL, you need to pass the name of the
 subdataset.  Unfortunately, raster2pgsql will fail when passed a
 subdataset as it attempts to see if the raster passed to it is a valid
 file.  It may be worth removing the "file" check from the loader...
