[postgis-devel] Hudson was down; back up!

We had a random city-wide power outage on Thursday the 12th (of April), 
which caused the Hudson build-bot server to shut down and it hadn't been 
restarted until today. I guess nobody noticed that they weren't getting 
scolded for their broken commits, for the past week and a half - but no 
longer! Scolded you shall be. Also means that the SVN snapshot tarball 
and docs were out of date for the past bit. Sorry about that.

Let me know if you notice anything else weird with Hudson or the 
automated build/package process now that it is up again.
