[postgis-devel] create extension postgis_topology

with r9132 I could built the extensions and the make file was working, 
thank you.

create extension postgis; worked too

I think you guys already know, but just in case:
with
create extension postgis_topology; I get:
ERROR:  function getringedges(character varying, integer) does not exist
