[postgis-devel] [PATCH] Building postgis trunk with argument --without-topology isn't working

Hello,

the build with ./configure --without-topology is broken. Make tries to
build the extensions/postgis_topology, which
doesn't work obviously. I did some adjustments to the build files. The
patch is attached to this email.
