 A lot more people are suing the geocoder than I had expected and many are
 confused as to how to upgrade it and seem tob e mistakenly looking at the
 install section for guidance thought the instructions are in the README.

 I guess READMEs are not enough.  I am incorporating most of the README
 install instructions into the installation docs.  This does provide for
 easier reading experience too as I can highlight sections more
 prominently.
