[postgis-devel] Bugs Triaging and Alpha

I've spent some hours on the bug tracker trying to reduce
the 144 open items we have in milestone 2.0.0.

I'm sure once alpha is out we'll get a lot more to deal with
so it would help cleaning things up as much as possible before
that time.

That said, I'm ready for an alpha at any time, but I'd rather
keep working on triaging rather than cutting up the release.
