[postgis-devel] making docs uses the net, html not build with gmake docs

I am moving on to checking the documentation build of trunk under
NetBSD/pkgsrc. It was seeming slow, so I checked on what it was doing,
and it's using the net:
gdt xsltproc 27792 7* internet stream tcp c38b55ec 172.16.32.2:53622 <-> 128.30.52.37:80
gdt xsltproc 27792 8* internet stream tcp c3aff014 172.16.32.2:53605 <-> 128.30.52.37:80
Does this happen for other people, or is it that my xsltproc is missing
something it should have, or something else?
It seems to happen even if I clean and rebuild.
Also, "gmake docs" didn't build html/postgis.html, but
cd docs && gmake html/postgis.html
worked and the resulting html looks ok.
