 fixed at r10143

 Well at least Hudson seems happy.  Not sure why it was trying to move a
 file that was already version named, but I ended up remarking out the
 fialed move.

 2.1 and 2.0 are pointing at new repo.

 1.5 and back are still pointing at old repo. Will test that later andhtem
 ove them.
