 Robe: could you please try building r9857 of PostGIS after installing r
 3672 of GEOS ?
 Better if you do with WIN32 as the change is using a WIN32 macro (as found
 in postgresql source code) which may or may not be defined with win64.

 Since we check for GEOS version to enable or not interruption anyone with
 a non up-to-date GEOS-3.4SVN wont be able to build for windows.
