 Current doc reads:

 INSTALLATION
 ------------

 To install PostGIS library and utilities, as postgres run::

   make install

 But, for a Ubuntu clean install of OS, PostGRESQL 9.1, and PostGIS 2.0,
 this yields the following error:

 postgres at jeffmetp:~/postgis-2.0.1SVN$ sudo make install
 [sudo] password for postgres:
 postgres is not in the sudoers file.  This incident will be reported.
 postgres at jeffmetp:~/postgis-2.0.1SVN$


 As it is, following the install instructions will cause a fail.

 Not sure what the proper installation instructions should be.
