[postgis-devel] Vote to drop support for 8.4 in 2.1

Guys -- let me remind you we are talking about 2.1 not 2.0.

2.0 we'll continue to support 8.4 for as long as we support 2.0.
By the time 2.1 comes out Wheezy will probably already have switched to 9.1
or be close.
I doubt we'll have 2.1 out in less than 6 months from now.
