 Winnie chocks a lot on the make check because of the xml issues (I still
 haven't resolved the mathml nigthmare).   I think there is also still some
 collision between jobs with one job wiping out the workspace that I missed
 a checkmark somewhere.

 Hope to fix this soon.  Sorry for the excessive noise.

 There is also the issue with both Debbie and Winnie that since we are
 using the same regress job for all the different variants, there are some
 false Yippies since if a 9.0 fails but then the 9.1 succeeds it's seen as
 fix.

 I plan to bite the bullet and create separate jobs that call the main
 regress, and have the notices trigger from these separate so true version
 breaks aren't registered as fixes.
