 I'm using postgresql trunk (9.3devel).

 BTW I've attached a patch that fixes the problem (at least here):
 the /usr/bin/install is called passing "./sql/postgis--2.1.0SVN.sql" 2
 times.

 It doesn't seem to me related to postgresql version in anyway.
