 If it is a windows 64-bit issue, it might be a result of improvements
 they've made in mingw64 compile between 9.1 and 9.2

 For example in 9.2 I can compile for both 32-bit and 64-bit under mingw64
 chain, but 9.1 I can compile only the 64-bit chain.
