I think there are some report plugins we can install to graph this
information. The timing is there in the build logs reports and debbie
seems to be doing on average about 3.5-4 minutes per regress run.
If you are measuring from when you see a success note, the timing is
longer I think because she used to just test 9.1 and then we slowly added
on 9.2,9.3 and 9.0. So now she's doing 4 regresses per PostGIS commit for
the 2.1 branch.
