 Just downloaded the r10680 build from
 http://www.postgis.org/download/windows/pg92/buildbot/postgis-
 pg92-binaries-2.1.0SVNw64.zip and the lib directory is empty. The
 postgis-2.1.dll and rtpostgis-2.1.dll files are missing. They're present
 in the 32-bit ZIP file.
