I think I saw Regina start a to do list, naturally in a private
e-mail, and I appreciated the thought, so here's some things I would
like to accomplish before moving into bug-and-tidy mode:

- complete my arc-geometry distance work
- complete my distance-with-cached-tree work
- apply and test the rtree pick-split patch
- do the sp-gist implementation
- do sandro's box (?)
